How It Works
To ensure that your church benefits from our donation program, we kindly ask you to complete a quick Church Member Service Form before scheduling your service. This form helps us identify you as a member of your church and ensures the 5% donation is applied.

- Fill out the Church Member Service Form: Include your name, contact information, the type of service needed, and your church’s name.
